These are the questions property owners ask us most: what we handle,
how permits work, what drives price, and how scheduling runs. If
yours is not here, call and ask us directly.
We are based in New Iberia, Louisiana, and work about 35 to 50 miles out in every direction. That covers Acadiana: Lafayette, Youngsville, Broussard, St. Martinville, Breaux Bridge, Carencro, Abbeville, Opelousas, Crowley and Morgan City, plus the rural land between them.
What services do you offer?
Excavation and demolition work for homes, camps and small commercial properties: house and mobile home demolition, land clearing, dirt work and site prep, gravel driveways, culvert installation and drainage, debris removal, pond digging and stump removal.
How much does your work cost?
It depends on the job: the size of the structure or lot, access for equipment, how much material has to move or leave, and hauling distance. We look at the property first and give you a real number. Estimates are free.
Who shows up when I call?
A local crew based in New Iberia with compact excavators and a track loader. You deal with the same company from the first call to the last load. The number is (337) 201-0594.
Do you handle demolition permits?
Most cities and parishes around here want a demolition permit before a structure comes down, and requirements differ from town to town. We tell you what your parish or city asks for and how the notification rules apply to your building before work starts.
How big a job can you take on?
Houses, mobile homes, garages, barns and small commercial buildings on the demolition side. On the dirt side, home sites, driveways, ponds and acreage lots. If a job calls for bigger equipment, we can line it up. Call and describe the property and we will tell you where it lands.
Can you do the whole job, start to finish?
Yes, and most customers want exactly that. One example: we clear the lot, take out the stumps, haul the debris, build the pad and set the culvert and gravel drive. One contractor, one schedule, one number.
How soon can you get to my property?
Most estimates happen within a few days of your call, faster close to New Iberia. Job scheduling depends on weather and the current workload. Storm cleanup calls move to the front of the line when a system comes through.
